Essential Skills Training is a Registered Training Organisation. We are committed to providing high quality vocational education and training to the health, aged care and community care industries. As an RTO we deliver qualifications that are nationally accredited and we also offer industry-specific non-accredited training.

 We are a Newcastle-based company but provide training throughout NSW. 

We specialise in courses and training for;

• Community Care
• Disability Services
• Management
• Health Services

Our trainers have many years experience, working and training in the community services, aged care and health industries. We are very aware of the diversity and constraints within the workplace and with this in mind, we have tailored our courses to be very flexible for the student and employer. We use a blended approach of face-to-face training, distance education and workplace assessment.

We will work with your organisation to address your training needs, whether it be full qualifications, skill sets or 'one off' workshops. We can also help you source available Government funding, such as new entrant and existing worker traineeships.

We can assist you to develop your annual training calendar to address all your training needs, accredited and non accredited training.
