CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services
This qualification reflects the roles of community services, case management and social housing workers involved in the managing, co-ordinating and/or delivering of person-centred services to individuals, groups and communities.
Community Services workers work in a diverse range of roles in the community sector such as working with children and their families, elderly, people with disabilities, Drug and alcohol, homeless, mental illness, immigrants and youth.
To achieve this qualification, the candidate must have completed at least 100 hours of work experience.

- Tuesday 13th October 2020 – One workshop per month (Employment Based)
This course is targeted at those already working in a Management or Leadership role within a community services organisation. Your current employment can be logged to obtain the compulsory 100 hours of work, required for this course.
A competent level of literacy and numeracy is also required to complete this qualification.
Class-based workshops (Employment Based) – 1 face to face workshop per month over 16 months at our Warabrook training facility.
Distance Learning (Employment Based) – Learning materials and assessments are issued to students in hard copy or via email to study in their own space with access to trainers and administration support via; phone, email or scheduled support sessions.
Online – Enrol at anytime! Students can submit/upload their assessments via our online learning management system. Students will receive support via; phone, email or scheduled support sessions.
