• If The Workshop Is Cancelled By Essential Skills Training and Recruitment: A full refund will be given, or can be held in credit for a future workshop. Please know that we strive to avoid cancellations.

Date Swaps: If you need to change your workshop date, you can swap dates up to (3) business days before the workshop, if a future workshop is available. You’re allowed (1) date swap, but please note that if you don’t attend the new workshop date, no refund will be provided.
