This qualification will provide you with a range of cookery skills in a commercial cookery environment. You will gain the basic skills to create, prepare and cook a variety of meals from cold to hot, it will provide you with an understanding of safe food handling and give you the abilities that are required to work with some independence and under limited supervision using plans, policies and procedures to guide work activities.
