This course comprises of;

During the workshop, you’ll demonstrate your practical first aid skills in a supportive, interactive environment. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for mild physical activity and arrive at least (15) minutes early to ensure a prompt start.

Important: To successfully complete the course, you must demonstrate (2) minutes of uninterrupted CPR on an adult manikin placed on the floor. If you have any limitations that may impact your ability to complete this task, please contact our office before you book into a workshop. This is a mandatory requirement and cannot be modified or waived.
