Training & Meeting Room Hire

Payment must be made 7 days in advance – Cancellation fees apply.
** hire of Practical Room includes use of Equipment. This room does not include tables.
Additional charges apply for other services outline below.

•The room hire daily rate is inclusive of; all day water, tea, coffee, smartboard/TV, white board, air conditioning and 1 trainer parking spot. Hire of Practical Room covers the use of the manual handling equipment such as Electric Lifters, Mechanical Bed, Wheelchairs, Walking Frames etc.
• Fees needs to be paid 7 days in advance.
• There is a $50 cancellation fee incurred with more than 7 days’ notice. No refund applies if cancellation is within 7 days of the room booking.
• A fee of $50 will be charged if additional administrative tasks are required e.g: printing of resources.
• Outline the buildings fire evacuation plan to participants (hanging in reception area).
• There is to be no alcohol or drugs consumed on the premises, smoking is allowed in the designated areas – please use cigarette trays provided.
• All facilities are to be left clean & tidy, any damage is to be reported to reception.
• All equipment is to be used in a safe & appropriate manner – as you may be liable for damages.
• Ensure all equipment, kitchen appliances & lights are turned off on completion of your event.
• ESTR will not be liable for any injuries incurred during the use of our facilities.
